Damaged Items in Transit

    The unboxing video must be submitted and the product must be returned within 5 days of receiving your item.

  3. Condition of Return:
    The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. If you received the item damaged, please include all visible damage in the video.

  4. Return Process:
    After submitting the unboxing video and verifying the damage, you will be issued instructions on how to return the item and receive a refund or replacement.
